You have a great flair for inking which is so apparent here... ^__^ *zooms in* all those lines of varying width add so much depth to the image; I'm too lazy myself to make lines thicker! 
I think it's also really effective how you've shaded the dragon with ink strokes in the right places because it gains a 3D form. ^^ Arrr, I wish I could draw dragons, my sketches always turn out looking like birds! XD Wonderful detail all around, and your dragon looks very noble and powerful, but benevolent too. 
Keep it up, your art looks great!!
