Top of the food chain

Or, if you're a sheep, Top of the food pile. Sheep are too lazy to form a chain. Too stupid aswell.
The strongest sheep makes its way to the top of the pile then, when it's too fat, it rolls to the bottom and another takes it place at the top. The process repeats itself forever.
